FRANCHISE INQUIRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Boardwalk Burgers, owned and operated by BW Restaurants Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By submitting your information through our Franchise Inquiry Form at www.boardwalkburgers.ca/franchise, you (“User,” “Prospective Franchisee”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from submitting your information.

1. Purpose of Data Collection

By submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge that:

  • Your submission is an expression of interest in a potential franchise opportunity with Boardwalk Burgers.
  • Completing the inquiry form does not constitute a franchise offer, agreement, or approval.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, with specific reference to the laws of the Province of Alberta.
